1:1 Session

During this hour long session, I’ll help you get to the root of your anxiety by uncovering the beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck. We’ll explore your connection with your body and emotions, so you can build a deeper and more balanced relationship with yourself. This session includes one post-session email summarizing our work, along with my personal reflections, insights, and suggestions for areas to focus on.

What to Expect:

  • I’ll begin the session with a grounding exercise to help you connect with your body

  • We’ll explore the emotions underneath your anxiety

  • I’ll provide practices to help you safely connect with your emotions and body

  • We’ll collaborate on an individualized plan for you to use when your anxiety returns.

  • I’ll provide you with a post-session Grounding and Regulation Worksheet to help you develop a practice for reconnecting with yourself.

Note: While I have a general session structure, there’s plenty of room for flexibility. What matters most to me is that you feel safe, comfortable, and supported. I encourage you to show up exactly as you are, and let me know if something doesn’t feel right. This session is ultimately about you, and I’m more than happy to adapt to your needs.

Couples Coaching

During this hour long session, I’ll help you and your partner uncover the underlying patterns and emotional blocks that get in the way of connection. Together, we’ll go beyond just communication skills to work with the emotions under the surface.

You’ll learn how to stay present with uncomfortable feelings and build a deeper, more balanced relationship with yourself — which creates the foundation for deeper connection with each other.

What to Expect:

  • I will begin the session by learning about you and your current situation/struggles—each parter will have an opportunity to share their perspective

  • I will help you explore your relationship to your emotions

  • I will help you identify the underlying beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck, and the emotions underneath the surface

  • I will help you both come into contact with the emotions by offering grounding exercises

  • I will collaborate with you to create a plan for co-regulating, which will build your connection, and help you move away from reactivity

1:1 Package

  • You will learn and practice grounding exercises that will create safety and containment as you feel your emotions.

Session 3:

  • In the final session, you’ll continue to practice connecting with your emotions in a safe way

  • I’ll open the space for reflection

  • We will collaborate on designing an individualized practice you can continue to use to stay grounded, present, and connected with yourself when your anxiety returns

  • I’ll provide you with a post-session Grounding and Regulation Worksheet to help you develop a practice for reconnecting with yourself.

  • I’ll provide an email summarizing our work together, along with my personal reflections, insights, and suggestions for areas to focus on.

Relationship Anxiety Package

This 6-week coaching package is for anyone feeling stuck in relationship anxiety. I offer six 1:1 sessions, one hour each, to help you develop a more balanced relationship with your mind, body, and emotions so you can experience more peace in your relationship.

What to Expect:

  • We’ll explore the message of your anxiety, and the emotions under the surface

  • We’ll look at your beliefs about relationships, including where they come from and how they show up

  • We’ll identify the patterns that keep you stuck

  • I’ll guide you through breathwork exercises, embodiment practices, and tools to help you regulate your nervous system so you can come back to yourself and experience more peace and self-trust.

  • I’ll provide you with a post-session Grounding and Regulation Worksheet to help you develop a practice for reconnecting with yourself.

This package is not about giving advice or telling you what to do. It’s about creating space to explore what’s really going on under the surface, and learning how to experience more inner peace. Ultimately, you’ll learn how to work with your anxiety instead of against it so you can show up in your relationship with more confidence and clarity.
